I have been part of the RMUK family since 2016 and love working with such a talented diverse and fun team!

As manager of the salon my role is varied, but at the heart of my job is to excel in my cutting techniques. I have confidence experience and knowledge in my area of expertise which i have gained in my many years of hairdressing.

I see myself as a creative cutter, and i generally work with Massi, or other colour specialists to create a finished look.

I love cutting short hair both ladies and gents, classic scissor or clipper and precision styles, creating new looks, and I pride myself in pushing my clients out of their comfort zone with suggestions on re-styles, creating something new and fresh, whilst also understanding the individual and their lifestyle. I also enjoy working with longer hair creating glossy bouncy healthy beautiful hair. 

I have been involved in hairdressing from 13 years old and have always had a creative flair, finally graduating in 2001. The highlights of my career have been teaching hairdressing at the Manchester academy for Toni  Guy and managing the Leeds Nicky Clarke salon,having the opportunity to work on events in London such as The Baftas and London fashion week. I also spent eight years cutting and styling many of the cast of Emmerdale .

Now at RMUK I enjoy my role with my clients, many of whom have become firm friends, some have been with me since the beginning of my career! I l love a good chat, a lighthearted laugh and a damn good gossip! 

 I love being involved and working in one of the best salons in Yorkshire, and playing my part at keeping us .at the forefront of the industry.
