Massi is the new generation of Moura who is taking RMUK into the 21st century, with a passion for flawless customer service and creative colour. Professionally, Massi holds a Loreal Colour Specialist accreditation and is regarded as a Wella Master Colour Specialist, which means he knows everything you need to know about colour. From natural babylights and authentic balayage to bright pastels, Massi has clients from across the globe who are exclusively coloured by him.

Starting in the industry at the tender age of 9, Massi has continued his father's legacy in hairdressing, with a flair for colouring and staying ahead of the curve. Although not originally looking to follow in Roberto's footsteps, Massi has always excelled in the creative arts, classically trained at art college before embarking on his professional career. From winning design & innovation awards such as the trophy design of the Leeds United Player of The Year Awards, Think Pink packaging, BT Design Awards & Investors in People, Massi has continued to implement new technology and techniques at the salon.

Most notably, the interior design of the salon itself, including bespoke PPE measures which are in-keeping with the vibe of RMUK. Massi has always been at the forefront of keeping the salon ahead of the curve, even at the age of 14, he was leading the RMUK team and attending business courses, learning the ins and outs of the industry and driving the business forward. This has stood him in good stead for the changing trends of the industry and understanding the experiential side of the business - something which sets the salon apart.
