BOOKING
When booking for your first visit to RMUK please be aware that you will be asked to leave a small deposit to secure your appointments.
COLOUR SERVICES
If you are having any colour to either hair, eyelashes or eyebrows for your first time at our salon or have not been in six months, you will need an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is a legal requirement and can not be wavered in any circumstance.
COLOUR SERVICES ON PREVIOUSLY HOME COLOURED HAIR
Due to the nature of home colour and on how it is applied at home, we can not guarantee the outcome of any colour service performed in salon. Your stylist will discuss this with you upon consultation giving you a detailed explanation on your hair along with relevant strand test.
ARRIVAL
Arrival time for beauty: Being on time for your appointment is essential. In order to get the most out of your beauty treatment please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a consultation form and relax before your treatment. Arriving late will shorten treatment time as we will not delay our next guest. However your treatment will be charged at full price.

CANELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment.
Larger services such as full day appointments require one week’s notice.
If you cancel your appointment or do not show without the required notice, there will be a 100% charge applicable.
Deposits are none refundable if cancelled inside the time frame
Fees may be wavered only in exceptional circumstances.
Please Bear in mind that we are an independent appointment run business. If we cant fill the appointment time that you have committed to, we loose out, as well as potential upset caused to other people who may have desperately wanted that time.
